Sitting at my desk, physically and mentally run down. I have a regular routine of working out, running 2-3 times a week, lifting weights 2-3 times a week. And hobbies, rock climbing/bouldering, etc.

I learn to develop a sense of self, and a sense of self worth.

I am coming to the understanding that I have worth simply because I exist. And that is freeing, and a wonderful experience that even if my parents didn’t instill a sense of worth, I can foster that in myself.

I had made it my job to make every else happy.

I understood how it easy was to let the fear, worry, and anxiety go and  trying to find things I can put that energy in creating this site that could at least help someone.
